This position is open in South AfricaRole: Appointment Setter - Full-time (Remote)Hours: 11:00am - 7:00pm AEST - Time zone in Sydney NSW, Australia (GMT+10)Salary: $1500 - $2000 AUD per monthScope of the Role:Our client is seeking a sales-focused Appointment Setter to handle and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and respond within established SLA timelines. The ideal candidate will be adept at converting leads into scheduled appointments, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Youll play a critical role in maintaining a dynamic and efficient pipeline of potential clients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and qualify leads to ensure they meet defined criteria for further engagement.
  • Schedule meetings and consultations between qualified leads and the buyer's agents.
  • Responding within SLA timelines to ensure timely responses to all inquiries and leads to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Accurately enter and update lead information in the CRM system.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective lead management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and appointment schedules to management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven work experience in sales administration or similar role (property and real estate experience is preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing lead generation, appointment scheduling and nurturing pipelines.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into appointments and a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Gather and report client feedback to help improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
