You may be our new
Apprentice Field Service Engineer
The purpose of this role is to coordinate the supply chain of packaging materials from customer order to production, delivery & documentation. Also be a point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, ensuring individual goals are channelized towards self & team performance.


Key responsibilities


Demonstrate knowledge & understanding of how related items work, as well as how to use different related tools. (e.g. Pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electromechanics, automation, instrumentation, controls, tools) Learning and assisting with inspections, repairs, preventive maintenances and trouble-shooting at customer sites Learning how to prepare technical reports and record any customer complaints and forwarding to the responsible department. Learning on machine operating best practices. Learning how to verify and order spare parts when required with customer approval. Learning how to Install and modify lines when required.



You bring these skills, experience & education


Educational background: N2 Qualification, Grade 12 Certificate Technology knowledge: Less than 1 year English Language: Proficiency in written & verbal English is a must. Other Language : Local Language is a plus
