Main Duties & Responsibilities:

To undertake all training, on site and off site as per the Apprentice Programme. To attend the required training hours on site and training Centre as required by the merSETA regulations. To understand and comply with Company Policies and Procedures, including Health and Safety regulations. To carry out all activities in a safe and diligent manner. To attend and fully participate in regular training and development reviews with the mentors/qualified artisans/Team Leaders and HR. To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as and when required. Undertakes all work activities willingly, prepared to go the 'extra mile'. Takes responsibility for planning and organising the successful completion of the Apprentice Programme within the required time period. Work in different production departments and/or other as and when required.

Demonstrates a professional attitude and approach at all times. Takes a pride in his/her appearance and is punctual. Educational Qualifications:

Matric with Mathematics and Physical Sciences N2 Electrical/Mechanical qualification
