Responsible for the achievement of the Project Channel Sales targets and the planned increase in the market share via excellent customer service, effective marketing and public relations activities and effective sales administration in line with our Lixil values.
Build strategic business partnerships with targeted A & D practices.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, annual targets Aligned with KPI's.
Complete daily call cycle updates.
Check and maintain the quality and relevance of the point of sale, that marketing material is available, and that the corporate identity is maintained.
Schedule and provide Product Training to your Top Professionals on a monthly basis.
Attend all CPD Road shows and CPD events in your area.
Update and maintain CRM project information weekly.
Identify Key influencers and specify within the project market.
Initiate and manage sales promotions, training and scheduling of customers visits arranged in conjunction with the Leader, Sales - LIXIL Africa and in line with the budget or forecast.
Manage and respond to customer queries and on-going support requirements.
Identify new sales opportunities and communicate to all relevant parties in terms of brands, projects or markets.
Manage structured call cycles and call plans with regard to customer visits, road trips, launches and provide feedback of all actions resulting from such visits.
Communicate and manage marketing intelligence, competitor analysis, competitor activity.
Travel to strategic countries aligned with the AOP business plans will be required
Requirements:
Matric
Tertiary Sales and Marketing qualification
5+ years relevant experience
Advanced MS Office and Google Workspace skills required.
CRM experience
SAP Knowledge is essential
