Responsibilities: * Create accurate and detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, ensuring alignment with project specifications and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements, providing input on technical feasibility and potential challenges.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards to ensure compliance in all drawings.
• Prepare comprehensive sets of drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, for use in the construction and permitting process.
• Make adjustments to drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders, ensuring that design intent is preserved while addressing practical considerations.
• Work closely with project teams to meet deadlines and project milestones, providing support during various phases of design and construction.
• Communicate effectively with architects, contractors, and other team members to address technical queries and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architectural drafting.

• A degree or diploma in architectural drafting, architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Draughtsman, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and a solid understanding of drafting principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry advancements.
