Job Description
Hire Resolve is seeking an Experienced Architectural Technician to join our client's dynamic team in Ballito, South Africa.This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your architectural career while contributing to various projects in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Work closely with project teams to convert design concepts into detailed plans.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and functionality.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather essential data for project development.
- Utilize architectural software to create, modify, and review drawings and designs.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Minimum of 4 years of post-graduate experience required.
- Proficiency in Archicad is essential.
- Responsibilities include managing submission and working drawings, as well as technical detailing.
- Proficiency in SANS standards is necessary.
- Completion of the PR exam is preferred.
- This is a full-time position.
- Offices are located 10 km outside of Ballito, KZN; a personal vehicle is required.
