Job SummaryMy client in the Architectural Industry has an exciting vacancy for a Architectural Technologist. - Bachelor Degree in Architectural Studies or equivalent qualification at an accredited tertiary institution
- 2 years practice based experience in project administration and technical documentation
- 2 years practice based CAD (or similar architectural drafting software) drafting experience
- Knowledge in construction science
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Third language beneficial
- Knowledge of the following software:
CAD
Caddie, Scetchup or similar programs * Exposure to construction administration and contract documents
- Exposure to the preparation of defects lists
- Drivers License and own vehicle
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Communication skills
- Administrative skills
- Organising and planning
- Technical skills
