My client, an established concern with business units nationwide, is seeking to employ an Architectural Technologist. This position offers a unique opportunity to bring innovative designs to life while ensuring structural integrity, efficiency, and sustainability.Responsibilities inlude:
- Prepare concept design to final set of construction drawings to the specifications and requirements of the company. This includes accurate measurement and scoping of existing building for final as-built drawings.
- Ensure drawings are compliant with National Building Regulations SANS and other statutory construction requirements in respect of retail premises.
- Manage and submit constructions & signage drawing for council approval nationally, liaising with stake holders in the approval process, and obtaining occupation certificates as result.
- Manage Project Administration.
- Tertiary qualification as Professional Architectural Technologist and SACAP registered.
- 5- years' experience as a Professional Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in Revit LT
- Highly organised, deadline driven and accurate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license and own transport
