Job Description
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
- Com Business Management or Business-related tertiary qualification
- 5+ years managerial experience in the fast food / restaurant industry
- Valid drivers as travel is required
- Good communication skills in English and MS Office literate
- Good financial acumen and staff management experience
- Maintain and develop restaurants and ensure staffing levels are determined
- Recommend / implement action plans
- Formulate and implement Area Bench Plan
- Ensure reporting and control compliance
- Oversee prompt and appropriate resolution of complaints
- Ensure internal security is at maximum level
- Evaluate performance of management and oversee training and designated certification
- Implement company programs
- Maximize sales and profit
- Direct restaurant operations and recommend wage and salary increases
- Ensure recognition programs are in place and ensure employee relation compliance
- Oversee training, personal development and induction
- Holding regular area meetings
- Set and ensure achievement of clear restaurant goals
- Manage controllable and variable expenses
- Period business reviews
- Ensure marketing plan is in place and executed
- Conduct regular coaching visits to restaurants
