Closing Date: 2024-08-25Job Type: PermanentJob Level: ManagementExperience: Between 3 - 5 YearsEE/AA: NoSummaryArea Contract Manager - Cleaning/ Landscaping - Gauteng basedLocation: Gauteng (6 sites in JHB North to PTA, 1 site in NW)We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Area Contract Manager to oversee our contract cleaning and landscaping services across seven sites located from Johannesburg North to Pretoria and one in North West.The ideal candidate will act as an ambassador for our company, demonstrating excellent client relationship skills and ensuring high standards of service delivery.Description

• Client Relations - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and issues
• Team Management - Supervise and motivate a team of cleaning and landscaping staff, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and to the highest standards without constant supervision.
• Site Oversight - Regularly visit all seven sites to inspect work quality, address any concerns, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
• Proactive Management - Identify and implement improvements in service delivery, taking initiative to solve problems before they escalate
• Training and Development - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Resource Allocation - Manage resources effectively, including scheduling staff, and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment
• Reporting - Prepare and submit detailed reports on site performance, client feedback, and any issues encountered, along with proposed solutions
• Budget Management - Oversee and manage the budget for each site, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on service quality.

Minimum Requirements*Qualifications:*- Proven experience in a similar role within the contract cleaning and landscaping sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
