An award winning, national, wholesale and retail business are looking for a qualified and experienced individual to join their team to assist in executing the company's franchise strategy.Must be willing to travel extensivelyArea 1 to cover: Central Region - The Greater JHB Region including Magaliesburg, Rustenburg, Soweto, Meyerton and VereenigingArea 2 to cover: Country Region - The Greater Northwest & Free State Region including Newcastle, Harrismith, Vanderbijlpark, Kimberly and parts of the Northern Cape.Requirements:

• Sales and or Marketing Diploma or Degree
• Valid Driver's License
• Min 5yrs experience in Franchise Management is essential
• MS Office literate

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for executing the Company's Franchise Strategy in the JHB region
• Point of contact of the franchisee and drive successful and mutually beneficial company franchisee relationship
• Drive growth in the region by coordinating franchisees, establishing goals, and advising on franchisee development
• Responsible for driving compliance, implementing national strategies to drive behaviour and implementation
• Managing franchisees and the execution of promotional activities of the franchise business
• Managing franchisee and supplier relationships
• Acquisition of franchisees in their area
• Facilitate franchise roll outs
• Be the key interface between head office, Buyer, Supplier negotiations and franchisee network
• Drives development in the franchisee's store
• Drives visibility compliance
• Consult with compliance and marketing lead to plan and execute promotional activities
• Deliver trade marketing merchandise if required
• Monitor adherence levels of franchisees about pricing and visibility compliance
• Ensure consistency in the company's advertising material and store execution working in conjunction with area support team
• Provide market research studies and analyze their findings to continually offer the best product
• Conduct franchise audits
