Hire Resolve is currently working with a well-established Chemical Manufacturing company in search of a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join their team.Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of multiple manufacturing facilities within the designated area.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure product integrity.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues.
• Manage inventory levels and production planning to meet customer demand.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Chemical Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Flexibility to travel within the designated area as needed.
