Experience Executive JobsIntroductionOur client is a well-established clothing retail brand known for delivering quality, style, and exceptional customer experiences. They are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple retail stores in the Eastern Cape region.DescriptionThe Area Manager will be responsible for driving the overall performance and operations of retail outlets within the Eastern Cape area. This includes ensuring stores achieve sales targets, maintain high standards of customer service, and operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, team leadership, and business development.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple stores, ensuring alignment with company policies, processes, and standards.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing strategies to maximize sales and profitability in each location.
• Manage and mentor store managers and their teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to meet store goals.
• Monitor and analyse store performance, including sales figures, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure optimal stock levels, efficient stock movement, and correct merchandising displays across stores.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all locations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and provide regular performance reports to upper management.
• Ensure that all stores comply with health, safety, and security regulations.

Education Profile

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12) is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in retail management, preferably in the clothing sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to analyse sales figures and market trends to create effective strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Retail, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple store locations.
