Consistent delivery of all agreed KPI's including sales and profit growth and managing expenses-to-turnover ratio's
Ensuring that merchandise standards are maintained to the required standards within the stores
Ensuring that merchandise opportunities are maximized both in terms of managing existing store assortments and liaison with the Head Office Merchandise/ Operations departments for new opportunities
Manage expenses in line with net profit targets
Ensuring process compliance in stores, managing risk and stock loss
Leading, managing, motivating and developing the Store Managers
Ensuring optimum development of staff
Effectively managing employee performance
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures across Area / Stores
Active involvement in the development of new, revamped or relocation of stores
Regular travel
Qualifications and Experience:
A business or retail related degree will be advantageous.
8 Years Retail (Minimum 4 years or more as a Store Manager)
Entrepreneurial flair (business acumen and turnover driven)
Valid Drivers License
