The role ensures that the stores are operating efficiently, meet business objectives, and provide exceptional customer experiences in the home decor sector for high-quality fabrics and furnishings, architectural design textiles, and luxury homeware. Specializing in exclusive, products,Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, analyze data, and implement growth strategies.
- Oversee store operations, optimize inventory, and improve efficiency.
- Train, and develop staff, ensuring high performance and retention.
- Maintain excellent customer service, resolve escalations, and enhance satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and provide performance reports for decision-making.
- 5+ years in retail management (2+ in multi-unit leadership).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in retail software and Excel.
- Own car /drivers license
