Job SummaryHire Resolve is currently hiring for the position of Area Manager to join their client's team . As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of property investments within a designated geographic area. You will work closely with property owners, investors, and tenants to ensure the profitability and sustainability of the portfolio.In this role, you will be responsible for property acquisition, leasing, and management. You will also be involved in developing investment strategies, conducting market research, and identifying potential investment opportunities.Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of property investments within a designated geographic area
• Oversee property acquisition, leasing, and management
• Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
• Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with property owners and tenants
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of the portfolio
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in property management and investment
• Strong knowledge of property market trends, regulations, and investment strategies
• Excellent analytical and financial skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in property management software and tools
• Valid driver's license
