Description: * Oversee daily operations of the region

  • Maintain internal processes, procedures & compliance for the region
  • Monitor the region's performance
  • Demonstrate and promote 100% commitment to providing the best possible experience to clients and employees
  • Grow, develop, and build awareness of the companyxe2x80x99s product and service offering
  • Handle client queries and problem solving
  • Maintaining detailed knowledge of the companyxe2x80x99s product, service and processes
  • Keep abreast of what competitors are doing
  • Liaise and network within various areas of the construction industry to identify new areas of business
  • To uphold and promote the company values
Requirements:Grade 12Relevant tertiary qualification in a Management, Sales, and MarketingMinimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Sales and Marketing.Minimum of 5 years in a management positionMust have TimberCity experienceProven acumen in a sales environment, commercial flair, and negotiations skillsMust have a valid driverxe2x80x99s license (code 8)
