Essence of the job:The Area Coach will be responsible for the operations of company owned restaurants within a designated area (5-10 stores), maximization of sales, profits and efficiencies, implementation of marketing programmes, attainment of Company operating standards for the customer, operations, facilities, employment practices, coaching, support and development of management and restaurant team members.Qualification:Grade 12 (NQF Level 4). An added tertiary qualification will be an advantage.Minimum Requirements:Prior managerial experience in the Hospitality and/or the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Industry.Minimum 3- 5 years.Proficiency in English, Numeracy and Computer Literacy (MS Office skills: Teams, Excel, Word).
