Duties include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing leads
- Conducting market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management
- Training and motivating sales teams to achieve targets
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints
- BCom degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Additional certifications or qualifications in sales or marketing
