Building and maintaining relationships with area customers in the northern part of South Africa. Areas cover North-West, Gauteng, Limpopo, and Mpumalanga. This is an IT Automation System to sell to the farmers in the designated areaDescriptionEssential Skills Requirements:Sales Management:

  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing Manager to create and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving regional sales targets within the assigned area.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to consistently meet sales goals.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the region.
  • Oversee customer concerns, debt issues, and customer service within the region.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensure accurate forecasting and develop sound sales and marketing plans for the region.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Sales and Marketing Manager at HQ regarding sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity through detailed reporting.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers in the region, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with the products.
  • Lead and motivate a team of product specialists to provide exceptional support services.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Organize regular customer review meetings to foster customer retention.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the region to identify new opportunities.
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to design and execute region-specific marketing plans to generate leads and raise awareness of our products.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to implement targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
Team Management:
  • Partner with the head office to recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives and product specialists for the region.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and support to team members to promote professional growth.
  • Manage team performance through regular performance reviews and goal-setting sessions.
Minimum RequirementsQualifications/Experience:
  • Matric
  • Sales & Marketing relevant Diploma / Certificates
  • 4 years + Sales Experience
  • 1 year + Management experience
