Job Description


  • Must have Matric and a relevant Sales/Marketing tertiary qualification
  • Sales experience in selling forklifts
  • Excellent communication and 'people skills
  • Computer literacy essential and Auto Line/Advantage experience an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Providing quality leadership for the internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding the companys values always: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others
  • Establishing an environment and foundation for future sales growth
  • Selling value and solutions to the customers
  • Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with long term company direction
  • Achieving monthly and annual set budgets
  • Show initiative in analysing and improving business processes
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
