As an Area Sales Manager for LDB Skin C at L'Oreal LDB, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and success for our leading dermocosmetic skincare brands within a dynamic and competitive market. We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of skincare science to join our team and manage a key territory within [Specify Region/Area].



A Day in the Life:



Achieve & Exceed Targets: ?Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for the LDB Skin C portfolio within your designated territory. New Business Development: ?Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within your area, expanding our customer base and market share within the dermocosmetic market. Customer Relationship Management: ?Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including dermatologists, pharmacists, and retailers, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships. Collaborative Execution: ?Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Medical, and Sales Support, to execute impactful educational programs and drive brand recommendation. Market Analysis & Insights: ?Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor intelligence gathering, and stay informed about the latest industry trends and scientific advancements within the dermocosmetic skincare landscape.

Professional & Technical Competencies:



Scientific Skincare Acumen: ?Deep understanding of skincare science, dermatological conditions, and the dermocosmetic market landscape. Ability to translate scientific information into compelling sales messages. Customer Focus: ?Passion for building and nurturing strong customer relationships, understanding their needs (patients and HCPs), and delivering exceptional support and service. Communication & Influence: ?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, present scientific information with clarity and impact, and influence decision-making. Planning & Organization: ?Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Results Orientation: ?Driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy) or Business Administration with a strong focus on healthcare/pharmaceuticals. Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the pharmaceutical, dermocosmetic, or healthcare industry. A passion for skincare science and a strong understanding of the dermocosmetic market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
