3 x Area Sales Managers for 3 regions (KZN, FS, S. Gauteng)
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
To build relationships with an existing customer base and to grow market share through gaining new customers across the Region
Self starter who has an Owner/business culture
Set up daily calling programme,
Have a personal sales target to actively search, pursue and engage potential clients
Development of sales budgets in accordance with marketing and sales strategy
Accountability in the achievement of sales targets
Implement and manage strategic sales to increase the companys market share
Manage customer relationships through a consultative approach / solution selling and understanding the customers needs (current and upcoming)
Manage and monitoring ongoing spending against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
Upholding of good business ethics and Image portrayal.
Identifying new growth opportunities by market segments
Monthly/Weekly Presentations showing decline or increase in purchases.
Provide a comprehensive sales report on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basisBachelors Degree/National Diploma in Sales/Business Development/Marketing preferred
Matric (Senior Certificate)
Valid Drivers License
Min 5 Years Solid Experience In Business Development
Strong Sales experience (Ideally In the Tyre Industry), Negotiations Skills, Commercial Acumen,
MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS OutlookSalary - +- R40kpm plus car, cellphone, laptop, provident fund
