Job Duties
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
  • Identify prospective clients through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Initiate contact via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings to introduce services and explore client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Service Promotion and Presentation
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the services offered, highlighting benefits and features that meet the clients needs.
  • Conduct presentations or demonstrations to showcase how services can add value or solve client problems.
  • Customize pitches and proposals based on the unique needs of each client.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to address concerns and close deals.
  • Process and confirm sales orders, ensuring client satisfaction with contractual and service expectations.
  • Market Research and Strategy Development
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to inform sales tactics.
  • Provide feedback to management on new services or pricing strategies based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine service offerings and sales materials.
  • Client Onboarding and Support Coordination
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating with service delivery teams to meet client expectations.
  • Provide initial and ongoing client support, acting as a liaison to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and service updates.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, often through setting personal benchmarks or quotas.
  • Track personal sales metrics and report regularly to management on performance and goals.
  • Use CRM software to document client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
