Who we are: Over a decade long business that specialises within the natural health and wellness industry.What we do: We provide and source only the purest essential oils to unlock the true meaning of aromatherapy.What we are looking for: A hands-on art director who has experience managing a team.What you will do:Lead the visual identity and creative direction across branding, marketing - and more - ensuring designs reflect the company's vision. Oversee and inspire the design team, manage project timelines, maintain quality standard and collaborate cross-departmentally to support company goals.What you must have:
- 5+ years in a senior design or creative leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in branding, visual strategy and project management
- Strong ability to mentor, motivate and manage a team
- Experience in fostering collaboration and resolving team challenges
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
