The AI Analyst role is pivotal in leading the advancement and integration of innovative AI solutions within the company's local and international operational environments. This position is focused on harnessing state-of-the-art technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), Voicebots and Chatbots, to streamline operational workflows, elevate customer engagements, and drive efficiencies across the organization. Working closely with diverse stakeholders, the AI Analyst identifies untapped AI potentials, delivering high-impact solutions while strategically executing the company's AI roadmap.Responsibilities:

• Competence in coding languages like Python and R
• Hands-on exposure to AI frameworks and toolkits
• Proficiency in NLP methodologies and software
• Understanding of voice assistant and conversational agent technologies
• Familiarity with speech recognition and synthesis systems
• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proficient in API integration and development
• Robust understanding of data manipulation, interpretation, and presentation

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or related (Honours and Masters degree preferred)

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• 5+ years work experience in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP or relevant domain
• Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Voicebots, Text-to-Speech (TTS), Speech-to-Text (STT), Large Language Models (LLMs), and integrating APIs
