Job Summary Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: NQF 6 plumbing & electrical or NQF5 with 2+ years relevant experience or Certified Skill/Trade Valid drivers license: willing to travel to Mthatha premises The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Technical assistance and maintenance of properties Ensure rental properties are maintained to meet market requirements Conduct property and bulk infrastructure inspections Prepare cost estimates Undertake property & bulk infrastructure maintenance tasks Supervise service providers contracted to undertake maintenance Ensure good and services delivered match with POs Emergency property maintenance matters Signoff and approve goods & services Provide maintenance information for maintenance plans & budgeting processes Utilize IT systems for goods procurement Verify service provider invoices Provide tenants with information about property maintenance Salary: R219 500 R290 500 per annum CTCSheldon Recruitment and SelectionRecruiter
