A manufacturing company is currently looking for a Fixed Asset Controller to join there financial team. The Fixed Asset Controller 's core duties include in this role, you'll handle a range of administrative tasks, customer service duties, and other management-related functions essential for maintaining business operations smoothly and ensuring the accuracy of various information channels.As a Fixed Asset Controller you will responsible for the following:
- Provide daily assistance to regional managers and stock controllers, aiding in administrative duties and coordination.
- Fleet management: upkeep of vehicle and trailer asset registers, database maintenance, and analysis of tracker data.
- Asset management: maintenance of fixed asset registers, allocation of assets to specific regions, and reporting on asset profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to capital expenditure (Capex) guidelines and maintain Capex trackers.
- Verify and reconcile living out allowances for accuracy.
- Review and validate overtime hours submitted against erected boxes.
- Manage and reconcile Capital Work in Progress (WIP) account and renovation costs.
Completed Bcom in finance
Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a similar position
Pastel Evolution experience would be advantageous
