Job Summary Are you detail-oriented with a passion for precision and efficiency?Do you excel in managing assets and coordinating resources? We have the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and grow with our dynamic team!This role is based in Paarl, Western Cape.Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide daily support to regional managers and stock controllers, assisting with various administrative tasks and coordination efforts.
- Fleet Management: Maintain comprehensive vehicle and trailer asset registers, manage databases, oversee fleet operations, and analyze tracker data for optimal performance.
- Asset Control: Maintain fixed asset registers, allocate assets to specific regions, and report on the profitability and operational efficiency of these assets.
- Capex Management: Ensure adherence to company guidelines for capital expenditures, maintaining accurate Capex trackers.
- Allowance Reconciliation: Check and reconcile living out allowances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Overtime Verification: Verify submitted overtime hours against the number of erected boxes to ensure accuracy and fairness.
- BCom degree in finance
- Proficiency in asset management and fleet control systems
- Pastel evolution is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
