To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Engineering Background, Minimum NQF level 6 (degree preferred).2-3 years of FMCG experiences in a multinational company in a managerial level. Lean Six Sigma/TPM/Opex Experience is a must. Green Belt is a plus.Ability to motivate, inspire, manage, develop and lead others.Proven ability to deliver results in a complex business environment.
