You'll collaborate with sell-side analysts, conduct proxy voting and identify key sector themes and trends. Additionally, you'll be responsible for month-end client reporting and updates, all while modeling property companies and connecting with industry experts.Only candidates with an honours in finance with 2 years of experience as an investment analyst with financial modelling experience will be considered for this role. Preference will be given to a CA / CFA holder and experience within the property industry will be highly advantageous.
