Are you a detail-oriented, creatively driven individual with a passion for production, photography, and architecture? SAOTA and ARRCC are looking for a highly organised and motivated Asset Producer to join our dynamic Marketing team.In this exciting role, you'll be the driving force behind the planning, production, and post-production of all photography and videography shoots for our globally recognised brands. You'll also oversee the management of our asset archive, ensuring every visual tells a powerful story and aligns with our creative standards.Please note that this position is only open to candidates currently residing in Cape Town, South Africa.Key Responsibilities1. Shoot ManagementCoordinate and manage photography and videography shoots across a variety of global projects.Define and maintain policies regarding copyright, licensing, and media use.Handle all logistics: travel, accommodation, scheduling, and styling coordination.Provide creative direction to ensure assets align with our aesthetic.Liaise with vendors and manage budgets, quotes, and cost-sharing.Oversee the editing and approvals process with internal teams.2. Asset Archive ManagementManage the Open Asset platform and ensure all final content is uploaded and correctly archived.Support wider team with access to visuals and content for social, digital, and PR functions.3. Departmental SupportAssist with project uploads for the website and monthly newsletters.Support content selection for social media and award submissions.Contribute to event, campaign, and exhibition preparationKey RequirementsExperience in production (as a Production Assistant, Studio Assistant, or Junior Production Coordinator) within a creative agency, studio, or production house.Strong visual and creative eye with an appreciation for design, architecture, and storytelling through media.Confident managing logistics, multiple deadlines, and creative direction simultaneously.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must; familiarity with tools like WordPress, Meltwater, Mailchimp, and Power BI is a bonus.Highly organised, self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and proactive.What You'll Bring to the TeamPassion for photography, videography, and marketing.A collaborative spirit and team-player attitude.A solutions-driven mindset and a commitment to high standards.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.Join a team where creative excellence meets world-class design.
