ULTIMATELY, WE EMPOWER PEOPLE TO BE FINANCIALLY CONFIDENT, SECURE AND PROSPEROUS.What will you do?The incumbent will play a critical role in building relationships with the relevant Corporate Brokerages as well as the SanlamConnect Business Managers who are involved with Corporate Brokerages. The collation and the integration of data and the generation of relevant reports will be an important focus of the role.1. Strategic positioning of the business area for the future:

  • Drive, report and ensure the profitability of these corporate relationship (income / expenses / models / new business / outflows).
2. Build Partnership and provide support:
xefx82xa7 Engagement with corporate business partners executives and business leaders to collate and share relevant information.
xefx82xa7 Ensure operational and contractual obligations with corporate entities are maintained, improved, and updated
xefx82xa7 Schedule regular meetings with all Corporate Brokerages' management to provide monthly reports to Corporate Management and SanlamConnect- and Glacier Exco to indicate production figures and progress on strategy implementation.
xefx82xa7 To deliver client data to the respective Corporate Brokerages, with due consideration of legal implications.
3. Initiate, co-ordinate and implement marketing initiatives/campaigns as per strategy:
xefx82xa7 Gather necessary information (MIS, data mining) and support material, product information etc. from different Head Office functions to present to corporate management.
xefx82xa7 Management of leads to ensure that Leads conversion is a continued focus area.
xefx82xa7 Monitor and track the performance and progress of the campaigns.
xefx82xa7 Undertake regular communications to stakeholders on activities.
4. Collaborate with various stakeholders:
xefx82xa7 Represent SRA within the Sanlam Group regarding corporate brokerage initiatives.
xefx82xa7 Be the link / coordinator and xe2x80x9cgo to personxe2x80x9d for strategic engagement and relationship management.
xefx82xa7 Ensure Sanlam as a group are relevant and well represented as a brand in the corporate brokerage market.
xefx82xa7 Work across functions with peers to ensure collaboration for shared goals.
xefx82xa7 Present SRA's value proposition and strategy at corporate brokerage conferences (like PSG / SFP and Efficient).
5. Manage the financial discipline of the division as it relates to budgets, business targets, performance, and financial reporting:
xefx82xa7 Provide a consistent and regular reporting model of the corporate brokerage landscape within SRA.
xefx82xa7 Ensure all payments/authorisations are in adherence to the approval framework.What will make you successful in this role?Qualification & experience

xefx82xa7 Relevant Degree with quantitative components
xefx82xa7 Relevant Diploma with quants components
xefx82xa7 Business, or Commercial Degree, preferably CFP
xefx82xa7 Sound Financial Services experience at a senior level within the corporate environment.
xefx82xa7 Worked within a Sales & Distribution environment and/or the Financial advice industryKnowledge
