ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER - Beauty & Grooming IndustryKrugersdorp (Gauteng) - South AfricaSTART: A.SA.PREPORT TO: Director / HoSHOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Saturday 08:00 - 13:00
- R15,000 - R20,000 Salary per month
- Qualification in Beauty Therapy / Skin Care / Spa / Cosmetology / Nail Systems (anything Spa & Beauty related)
- Sales or Business Administration certified - BONUS
- Assist the sales manager with relevant duties and responsibilities
- Oversee the management of accounts & sales in the absence of the NSM
- Offer exceptional customer service
- Process and resolve any queries, complaints or returns
- Oversee general administration
- Assist with stock take and merchandising
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned to you
- computer confident - able to capture data correctly
- Knowledge of trends in beauty
- Excellent client service
- Meticulous and accurate
- Problem solver
- Able to work in a constantly evolving environment
- Accountability
- Take action where needed / Can-do attitude
- Leadership qualities, fair and firm
- Computer literate
- Confident command of English (speak & write)
