They are looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Accountant to enhance their finance department. This position is based in Boksburg, Gauteng.JOB DESCRIPTION:MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently manage payroll functions
- Accurately process transactions and maintain records using Sage One
- Oversee accounts payable and contribute to month-end account reconciliations
- Assist in VAT, PAYE, and Income Tax processes
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field will be beneficial
- Experience in payroll processing, using Sage One, and managing accounts
- Knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and Income Tax is beneficial
- Proficiency in Office365, Sage One, and Sage Online Payroll
