Key ResponsibilitiesUpdating and processing accounts payable related transactions within SAP and COUPA.Reviewing and performing reconciliations,Investigating and resolving discrepancies.Processing and reviewing accounts payable payment proposals within SAP, ensuring accurate and timely payments.Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.Following standard operating procedures to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting policies.Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accounts payable reconciliations and payment processes are executed. Minimum QualificationsA Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance.Drivers license (Code EB/08).Minimum ExperienceMinimum 3 years experience in a Finance or Supply Chain environmentMS Office Proficiency.SAP and Coupa Experience be will advantageousBehaviour Competencies:Ability to carefully and objectively analyses and evaluate information to inform decisions and key actions.Ability to drill into the detail of issues to determine root cause while considering urgency, importance, risk and reward factors.Ability to stay calm and focused on the task at hand under pressure and deliver outputs timeously.Ability to maintain high levels of individual and team performance by driving achievement of goals, targets and financial objectives.Ability to adhere to governance structures, rules and regulations, follow instructions and limit risk of non-compliance to the business.
