Job Description


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Doing Credit checks on new and existing tenants
  • Weekly Variance report import data, North & South
  • Monthly Arrears & Vacancy reports
  • Quarterly reports
  • Process clearing journals
  • Stand in for Business Support Coordinator lease tracking
  • Stand in for Business Support Coordinator Vending machine
  • Stand in for Business Support Coordinator - cleaners
  • Verify recovery txt files received from service providers
  • Maintain loading and posting all recoveries for South Africa, txt and csv uploads
  • Load and post all recoveries for African Countries, csv uploads
  • Attend to all the recovery queries
  • Post recoveries received late
  • Assist with Rent Roll process
  • Support with Vendor Application assistance
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Grade 12 / Matric - (essential)
  • Diploma in Administrative studies or Finance, Business, Legal, or an equivalent field - (beneficial)
  • +3 years banking, leasing, recoveries & administrative experience (essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with an advanced level of Excel skills (essential)
  • SAP Real Estate - (essential)
  • Experience in a property or FMCG environment (beneficial)
