Job Description
Bookkeeping responsibilities to trial balance
Debtors
Capturing, allocating remittance advices.
Review debtors age analysis weekly and report.
Manage debtors' book and correspond with customers regarding queries and overdue accounts.
Prepare monthly age analysis.
Creditors
Capturing and allocations of payments.
Review creditors age analysis monthly and report.
Administration
Assist with day-to-day tasks.
Filing and archiving all documents.
Minimum Requirements
Own car and valid driver's license - No Exceptions.
Matric with higher in math's.
5 years bookkeeping experience.
INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE ON PASTEL.
Advanced experience on Excel/ Word. Ideally English and Afrikaans.Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sandton, Gauteng 2196: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Pastel: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
English as your first home language (Required)
License/Certification:
drivers licence and car (Required)
