As the Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to build and maintain a vibrant community at the property. You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, managing events, and ensuring smooth operations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of the property.
  • Build relationships with guests, staff, and partners.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure VIP guests are well accommodated.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in community or hospitality management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
  • Own transport and phone.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
