Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of production plans in collaboration with the Sales Department and other units, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Support the creation of plans for raw material requirements, input specifications, and technical standards.
• Oversee and monitor the deboning process at every stage, ensuring adherence to industry standards and maximizing production efficiency.
• Ensure final production quantities and quality meet market requirements and contractual obligations.
• Generate and maintain daily and periodic reports related to slaughter and production activities.
• Monitor production safety, minimizing risks related to microbial contamination or industrial defects.
• Stay informed about market trends and adapt to evolving customer needs and industry demands.
• Conduct daily stocktaking and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a deboning or similar production environment.
• Strong understanding of beef cuts, HACCP protocols, ISO standards, and reporting procedures.
• Proficiency with computer applications and reporting software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and motivate staff.
• Strong decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer and industry demands.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of production.
