Candidate requirements:

Min of 1-3 years' experience working in a similar role within
the Hospitality Industry.
Matric
Relevant qualifications will be beneficial but not essential
Valid RSA ID
Valid Drivers License
Good Computer literacy, with excellent Excel knowledge
Good working knowledge / understanding of Hospitality PMS
system NEBULA & PLUSPOINT would be a bonus
The ability to effectively manage stock and do regular stock counts and stock rotation
Excellent people skills and the ability to manage staff
Excellent hosting skills and the ability to be the manager on duty and effectively manage service and guest complaints
Basic understanding of financials and budgets
The ability to assist with reports, implement controls and manage revenue and costs
Up-to-date police clearance certificate will be required

Live-in role with meals and provident fund contribution
