- At least 3 years hospitality experience in restaurant, event and banqueting management.
- Diploma in hotel / F&B management.
- Excellent organisational, multi-tasking and problem- solving skills.
- Hands-on individuals.

- Ability to manage multiple staff according to regulations.
- Detailed administration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple venues / events.
