Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting regular guest service and standards training with the staff, showcasing your leadership and training skills.You will lead teams of people, fostering teamwork and personal accountability. Your role is instrumental in promoting staff engagement and retention as you manage staff processes such as personal presentation, recruitment, performance, and conduct.Along with your Matric Certificate, you have a hospitality qualification from a recognised South African or International Educational Institution with 3 years' experience in a similar role in a busy, up-market hotel. You have a background in using technology including micros, opera / speed point machine, MS 365 with a track record leading and managing large teams.You are flexible, can work and fulfil duty management shifts, and have a valid driver's license.You are a neat, professional individual with a passion for the hospitality industry.
