Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Brahman Hills. This is a hands-on position that requires a proactive and meticulous individual who can deliver extraordinary service excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuous staff training, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring all operational aspects of the hotel run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Conduct continuous staff training to maintain high standards of service. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of hotel operations. Collaborate with the General Manager to implement and uphold the hotel's brand strategy. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests and staff to ensure a positive experience. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Well-spoken and able to effectively communicate with guests and staff. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Valid driver's license required.
