Assistant Hospitality Manager - Umhlanga, KZNFull job descriptionAssistant Hospitality ManagerLegacy Yard is looking for a hands on Hospitality ManagerResponsibilities include but are not limited to;Operations - visible presence on the floor, meeting, greeting customers and directing staff.Customer Relations - Complaint handling, feedback reports, elevate customer experience.Purchasing and stock control - performing stock takes, spot checking deliveries assessing quality, quantity against invoices, compiling orders etc.Administrative Tasks - Finance, Human Resources and Sales and Marketing/PromotionsTraining & Development - conducting training needs analysis, providing on the job training.Hygiene, Health & Safety - HACCP, Fire Walks etc.Requirements:Be passionate and enthusiastic about the roleEnjoy serving and interacting with customers to enhance their experienceEncourage the development of your team through excellent communication and organizational skillsHave a can-do attitude to continually assess the needs of the businessCreate and maintain a warm and welcoming environment,Have a genuine interest in good quality food, presentation and merchandisingAvailable to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidaysThe successful applicant will have a minimum of 2-3 years recent experience in a Management/Supervisory level within a food environmentJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Hospitality: 1 year (Required)
