Responsibilities
Employee Self-Service System
Recruitment/Offboarding
Employee benefits administration (medical aid and gap cover)
Compilation of the monthly payroll salary instruction and documentation
Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information.
HR Administration and reports
Minimum Requirements
Matric Certificate
3 years National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
An unendorsed driver's licence
2 years experience in a Human Resources environment
Knowledge of computerised HR systems and databases
Computer literacy with Excel skills
A combination of the following skills, knowledge, and attributes is required:
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize work
Detail-orientated, ability to show initiative and take responsibility
Effective problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
