3 - 5 years' experience implementing and maintaining Windows Desktop, Server products and maintaining Networks (LAN)
Knowledge of supporting PABX and voice products
Supporting of network hardware (printers etc.)
Ability to determine roost cause of issues whilst considering urgency, importance and risk and reward factors
Be able to apply practical skills and common sense to solve problems and deliver accountabilities
Project management and implementation would be advantageous
VIP and Executive IT support experience will be advantageous
Ability to deliver finished work on time
CISCO experience will be advantageous
JOB OBJECTIVESIn this role you will be responsible to the Administrator (IT) for:
Understand IT concerns, Infrastructure and provide first-line IT technical support;
Interact comfortably with people in a dynamic and fast moving environment;
Solve day-to-day problems and be a team player.
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues;
Installing, configuring and maintaining all IT equipment, including computers, printers, mobile devices and other peripherals,
Managing users accounts and access rights, resetting passwords and ensuring that users have appropriate level of access to company's systems and data by making use of MS Active Directory
Ensure that all IT systems and applications comply with relevant regulations and standards
Ensure boardroom equipment such as Video Conferencing are working correctly and are ready for use;
Ensuring backups are created regularly as well as testing those backups according to the company policies,
Support and maintenance of DC facilities making sure the server environment is functioning optimally
Monitor the Helpdesk regularly and ensure all open calls are resolved,
Escalate complex issues to other members of IT team or third-party vendors as and when required
