Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Description
- Education: Diploma or trade qualification in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a luxury hospitality or remote lodge environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
- Experience with generators, borehole systems, and water treatment plants is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and solar power installations.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in remote locations.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid drivers license.
- First aid certification (advantageous).
