Lodge experience is crucial for this position as the successful candidates will support various aspects including guest relations, administration, spa management/treatments, and maintenance. Additionally, at least one candidate must have FGASA 1 certification and experience in conducting game drives.Description
- Accommodation: Live-in position provided with a one-bedroom house (regrettably no pets or dependents).
- Reporting: Directly to the general managers or an appointed individual by the CEO.
- Work Cycle: 3 weeks on duty, 1 week off duty or 6 weeks on duty, 2 weeks off duty (flexibility can be discussed).
- Requirements: Valid drivers license and PrDP (Professional Driving Permit).
- Meals: Breakfast and dinner provided when on duty.
- Salary: Competitive salary ranging between approximately R25,000 to R30,000 for the couple.
- Previous lodge experience is essential.
- At least one candidate must possess FGASA 1 certification and have experience in conducting game drives.
- Knowledge or experience in spa management/treatments and administration would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
