MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBThe Assistant Manager role is responsible for end-to-end execution of the change management project co-ordination with special attention to change management communication in support of all Culture & Engagement Department projects, including implementation of recognition events for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Employee experience and engagement in partnership with the Internal Communication team. This role will strategically ensure that change projects are culturally experienced by all staff by coordinating and managing daily activities relating to identified projects with all related stakeholders and ensure reporting to the department manager of all progress related to the project activities.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:Change Project Coordination:
